Alleged Offenses / Information

• Additional warrant added December 29 for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on original class D felony Terrorist Threat-1st degree. Bond set at $10,000 on case #20LV-CR00258-01.
• Alleged Failure to Appear in Court on original 2 class D felony violations of Possession of Controlled Substance, class D felony of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and class E felony Tampering with Physical Evidence in a Felony Prosecution. Bond set at $20,000 cash on case #21LV-CR00590.
• LCSO Jail Management records show Mr. Wilson was in our custody on this case November 19-21, 2021 and released on ROR bond. Unfortunately Mr. Wilson did not appear in Court and we are seeking his location.
• New warrant issued January 31, 2022 on case #22LV-CR00062 for alleged class E felony Failure to Appear. Bond set at $2,500 cash.
