Mugshot Removal Policy

We will remove or update records in the following situations:

  • Charges dismissed
  • Expunged or sealed records
  • Incorrect information
  • Wrong person listed
  • Juvenile records
  • Duplicate entries


Requests must include:

  • URL of the record from Recentlybooked.com and/or
  • Full name of the person in the arrest
  • Date of the arrest
  • State and County of the arrest
  • Legal documentation (if applicable)
